This week we have been busy showing off the skills and knowledge we have learnt so far this year by completing lots of activities. In addition to this, we have also continue to work on our subtraction skills. We have been practising subtracting a two-digit number from another two-digit number by using tens and ones. We have also learnt how to draw tens and ones in order to do this. Earlier in the week we demonstrated how good we have become at counting in 2s, 5s and 10s. Take a look at some of our work below.

In Art, we continued our 'In the Jungle' topic. We had fun collecting different leaves and enjoyed looking at the beautiful colours! We noticed that the leaves had different shapes and fine details. We experimented with drawing, printing and painting the leaves. We also talked about exaggerating the shapes to make them look like leaves from a tropical jungle!
