In PE this week, the children have continued their topic on 'fundamental skills'.  They have developed their sprinting techniques, learning how to increase and decrease their speed safely, whilst also beginning to change direction at pace.

In Maths, the class have concluded their topic on place value.  They discussed how the terms greater than, less than and equals too can be used to show and compare different amounts, and they investigated the reasons why these symbols are used by using base ten equipment to show this.
