The children this week have been learning about Road Safety.  Sian, a Road Safety Officer from Derbyshire County Council, came to talk to the class about the importance of staying safe when walking on the pavements.  We talked about different distractions, whether these were in the car or when walking along the pavement, and how these could cause accidents.  We also wrote a plan about what we should do to stay safe when walking along the pavements to school.
