We had an incredibly exciting moment at school today as Radio 1’s Greg James cycled right past our gates as part of his Comic Relief challenge! The children were delighted to go outside, wave their banners, and give him a huge cheer as he sped by.

We felt very lucky — out of all the roads in the country and all the possible routes he could have taken, he happened to come right past our school. It made the experience feel extra special, and the children loved being part of something connected to such a brilliant charity event.

A big well done to our pupils for their fantastic enthusiasm — and a massive good luck to Greg on the rest of his Comic Relief challenge!
