This week, we have continued learning about earth and space by constructing, building, creating and playing with space themed toys and by making our own rocket models. We have thought about different locations around our planet and read' The Snail and the Whale' by Julia Donaldson and 'Poles Apart' by J Willis & Javis. We talked about different places animals and humans live around our world, and looked closely at globes and world picture maps. 

We have continued to learn Phase 3 phoneme sounds and have been practising handwriting the graphemes-a and g. During our maths lessons, we have been continuing to count accurately and subitise small amounts with confidence.
