In PSHE, we have been learning about money. We have thought about what money is and where it comes from. This week, we enjoyed listening to the story of Jack and the Beanstalk and talked about where Jack got his money from. We were sent a letter from Jack and were very excited about it! Jack had sent us a golden coin each that was worth £5. We discussed how money makes us feel and that it can be spent, saved and shared. We thought about what we would choose to do with our £5 and why and made a pictogram. The majority of us chose to save our money so that we could buy something larger and give some of it to charity or others who are not as fortunate as we are.
