Week 3
Our learning this week is based around the book Tad by B
enji Davies, which tells a story based around the growth and development of a frog. We will be looking at the lifecycle of frogs and talking about what we want to be when we grow up. In Maths lessons, we used frogs hopping in and out of a pond to practise number bonds and solve addition and subtraction problems.
We are also reading Happy In Our Skin and considering our growth, similarities and differences.
We continue to use the phoneme sounds we have already learnt to read longer words with short vowels and will be working on spelling and writing. New Tricky Words we will learn this week are...
