Week 7
Following a successful Christmas Carol Concert on Monday, we have used our knowledge about Stonehenge to paint sunsets and use collage to create amazing picture calendars. We have also learnt about The Bronze Age and how the use of metal tools changed history.
In Science, we have been learning about contact and non-contact forces. We spent an afternoon exploring the properties of magnets and learning about how the poles attract and repel each other.
We have also been planning our own Stone Age Story. Here, we are working on the plot and thinking about the writing criteria (writing lenses) we are going to use in different plot points throughout our stories..
