Week 7
This week, we used everything we had learnt last week from our cooking lessons and our recent class story (George’s Marvellous Medicine) to inform our writing. We been writing instructions for a new medicine, potion or antidote. We have really created some marvellously, magical concoctions!
The children have also been learning more about skeletons in Science and have been grouping and classifying animals. First, we learnt about Vertebrates and Invertebrates, and then we classified animals by the type of skeleton they have: Endoskeleton, Exoskeletons and Hydrostatic Skeletons.
