Hi Outstanding Otters!

I hope you are all doing well and enjoying your time at home. It's been lovely to hear from you and see the work and activities you have been getting up to - keep sending these through! I'm currently enjoying reading a fiction called 'The Explorer' by Katherine Rundell. It's based in the Amazon Rainforest and is a great read so far - I would recommend it to you all!

This week we are having an Inter-school battle on TT Rockstars against 8 other schools. Mr Rodgers is keen for you all to go on TT Rockstars as much as possible so we can win the trophy back for our school!!! Go for it Outstanding Otters!

Also, this Friday marks the 75th anniversary of VE Day (Victory In Europe Day) at the end of WW2. I have added some ideas of activities which you could make or do on the topic of VE Day. You could learn the words of Vera Lynn's song 'We'll Meet Again' (which will be sung on doorstops across the country) and there’s lots of other activities too. Enjoy!
