In English we have been writing an adventure story based on the book 'Stone Age Boy'  by Satoshi Kitamura.

 

On Monday, we wrote plot point 6. We had to include time adverbials, we wrote similies for the fishermen standing super still on the riverbank 'like frozen giants', 'like mannequins in a shop', and we even used onomatopoeia too - swoosh! whoosh! splash!
