I found a fantastic story on the CBBC called 'Explorer Trauma' which is very funny for you to listen to and talk about with your brothers, sisters, Mum and Dad.

 

I have also added a comprehension task linked to Columbus. 

 

Reading Comprehension- There are x3 levels of reading so just go for the one you are happy to read.

Writing Task

When you have found out about Columbus, pretend to be a sailor or a captain on a ship and think about sending a message in a bottle. 

Who will you send the message to?

Why do you need to send the message? Are you in danger?
