Hello my Marvellous, Mighty Mice,

Well, that may be the last time I will be calling you that because you're soon to be my Super Squirrels. I can't quite believe it's the last week of home learning, as we know it!

You have all been absolutely marvellous and I am very, VERY proud of you all.

Make sure you read my end of the year letter to you all and have a go at some of the transition activities I have suggested, to prepare for Year 3. 

I am hoping you enjoy the short film trailer, I have made for you. It's just like we're going to be film stars and next year, we could make the film of all the great things we will learn in Year 3.

This week, we are thinking about families. We all know how very important our families are to us but do you really know everything about your family? You are going to be a detective and a reporter this week, as you find out new and interesting facts about all the special people in your family.

I will be in school on Friday 17th July with the Year 6 class (before they leave for John Port) and then to get our new classroom organised, on the following Monday 20th July and Tuesday 21st July.  Should you want a little socially distanced chat with me before September, please pop by school on these days.
