In shared reading this week our theme has been “Black History Month”. The focus for this year is “Celebrating Our Sisters” and the achievements of black women, as these have often gone unrecognised in the past. We read about Sharon White MBE, Dina Asher-Smith and Dr Anne-Marie Imafidon who have all achieved very different but amazing things!
