Spring Term 2 - Week 5:
This week, the children have been carrying out assessments in their English and maths. They have all worked really hard to demonstrate their learning from the past few weeks and should all be proud of their achievements.
In French, the children have been learning about classroom items. They learnt the names of ten different pieces of equipment which they may use in school and have begun to become more fluent in having conversations with each other when discussing which items they may have in their pencil case or in their rucksack.
Finally, the children continued their dance unit of Tudor dancing with Rickay from Deda Dance. In groups, the class continued to choreograph a dance routine using various features including cannons, contrast, action and reaction. It was lovely to see how the children worked collaboratively to produce these dances and they should all be pleased with their performances.
