Week 2
This week, we have been working competitively on TTRockstars and during lessons, learnt to use column subtraction to solve problems involving three digit amounts.
During English lessons we have been learning about editing our written work and have learnt about the organisation and layout of report writing- headings, subheadings and paragraphs. The children have been working hard practising spellings and achieved good results in this weeks spelling check.
We learnt about early cave art, then used charcoal and earthy coloured chalks to create our own version on crumpled paper. We have also started learning to play a recorder in music lessons.
