Week 5

We have started learning the songs for our Christmas Show 'The Twinkly Nativity' this week and have read the story.... 

It is also Jewish Festival of Light -Hanukkah, which starts on the 7th December and lasts for 8 days.  We have started learning about the celebration and will continue to learn more next week.

We have also enjoyed our Christmas dinner and made reindeer Christmas cards.

 

During our phonic lessons this week, we will be focusing on all the phonemes/ digraphs we have learnt this half term and reading small words with a 's' added at the end.

(For example:- hats, sits). In addition, reading words with an added 's' pronounced 'z'. (For example:- his, bags)
