We are looking forward to our school trip during the first week back after half term, and now have learnt about the unfortunate sequence and order of events in Eyam, during the 16th century plague outbreak. We compared the plague pandemic to the recent Covid 19 pandemic.
During English reading and science lessons, we have been learning about plant lifecycles, pollunation and seed dispersal. We have also been reading a number of poems about seeds and plant growth, this week.
In maths lessons, we are practising reading time on different types of clocks and have even learnt a Roman Numeral song to help us.
