This was our first week back after the summer holidays. We have all settled into our new classroom and have begun our new topics. Our class story this half term is called 'Kensuke's Kingdom' by Michael Morpurgo, which we will read parts of each day before lunchtime. In maths, we have begun our topic of 'place value' and have also worked hard to develop our sentence writing in our English lessons. It has been lovely to be back in school after the six weeks away from school and we look forward to working hard over the year ahead.
