Week 6

 

This half term in art we have been learning about ‘Cityscapes’ - this is artwork that is of cities and urban areas rather than nature. We’ve learnt about 3 different cityscape artists: Canaletto, Richard Estes and Yvonne Jacquette. This week we have finished our final piece of art which is an aerial cityscape in the style of Jacquette. We used pencils and rulers to finish this work and were very proud of the result!
