Week 1
This week began with our new PE unit about ball skills. We enjoyed learning about how to roll with accuracy and to use our fingertips to move a ball around a cone. We enjoyed working with a partner to play different games to hit a target or to roll through a 'gate'.
We also enjoyed a visit from Emma at Derbyshire Fire and Rescue. She talked to us about the work that they do and the things in our house that could be dangerous. Emma showed us a video about Dexter the Fire Dog who talked us through how to make a fire plan to escape from a fire.
Well done to Gracie-Mae who was named as out Learning Log champion for last half term. Here's a slide show of some of our amazing work. Miss Pritchard said that this was our best yet and can't wait to see what we do this half term.
