Week 2

This term, our class text is Tamarind and the Star of Ishta by Jasbinder Bilan. The children are loving it so far and can’t wait to find out what happens. This week, we carried out a silent debate discussing who we predict Ishta is and why she can only meet Tamarind at night. We used the ABC model to guide our debate: Agree, Build, Challenge.
